Where are private keys stored?
Managed wallet keys are created locally by Levy Trade and encrypted with GCP KMS before they are stored. The bot only decrypts them when it needs to sign an action or export your EVM key. You can use/security in DMs to turn on TOTP 2FA for key export, withdrawals, and sends.
How do I withdraw funds from Levy Trade?
You can use/withdraw to send USDC from a managed wallet to either another Hyperliquid address or an Arbitrum address.
If you want full control of your managed EVM wallet, you can also export its private key from /settings in DMs.
How can I connect my existing Hyperliquid account to Levy Trade?
Use/accounts and add an API account. The bot will ask for your main Hyperliquid wallet address and the agent wallet private key from Hyperliquid API settings.
What fees are collected on trades by Levy Trade?
Perp fees are dynamic. Your effective fee depends on your level, your rolling 30-day volume, and the leverage on that trade. See Fee Tiers for the full breakdown. Why haven’t my bridged funds come through yet?
There is a minimum deposit limit of 10 USDC to start the deposit flow. If you sent at least 10 USDC on Hyperliquid L1, Arbitrum, or Solana, give it a few minutes and then check/wallet or /deposit again to refresh your balances.
I accidentally sent SOL / ETH / USDT / etc to my wallet instead of USDC. How can I recover it?
If you sent an asset to your managed EVM address by mistake, you can export the EVM private key from/settings in DMs and import it into another wallet to recover the funds.
Levy Trade does not currently expose Solana key export in the bot. If the asset landed on your Solana deposit address, contact support.
How do I secure my account?
Use/security in DMs to enable TOTP 2FA. Once it is on, the bot will ask for a 6-digit code before sensitive actions like key export, withdrawals, and sends.
